Applicant must be a student who has been an active or lifetime member of ACDA for at least three years. Applications must include a current resume, reasons for applying for financial assistance, the date applicant became a member, two letters of recommendation from major professors, a description of the graduate degree program in which the applicant is enrolled, and a current personal finance statement showing the need for ACDA's financial assistance.

Allied Dental Health Scholarship

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen with a minimum 2.8 GPA. Application forms, a copy of the school's letter of acceptance, two letters of recommendation, and a one page, typed, double-spaced biographical sketch required. Application forms must be original, typed, completed and signed, and be embossed with the school's official seal. Selection is based upon financial need, academic achievement, a biographical sketch, and letters of reference.

Application, official transcript, three letters of recommendation (including one from a Certified Fraud Examiner or local Association chapter), original essay explaining why applicant deserves the scholarship, and how fraud awareness will affect his or her professional career development, are required to be submitted.
