Applicant must be an Oregon Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) currently enrolled and have completed at least one year of occupational therapy specific coursework in an AOTA accredited or developing post-professional level program, or be enrolled in an occupational therapy assistant program, have a sustained record of outstanding scholastic achievement, two personal references, and a statement from the program director.
