Stewardson Keefe LeBrun Travel Grant

Applicant must be a United States citizen with a degree in architecture, who is a full-time practitioner, either licensed or unlicensed. Grant encourages travel within North America and overseas in the furtherance of the architectural education and professional development of the recipients. At least one award will be given to an architectural graduate who received their first professional degree at least five years prior to the date of submission.

Performing Arts - Dance Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time student studying dance. Recipient must complete a minimum of one course in dance or one technical crew for a dance production or be a member of at least one of the Cedar Crest Dance Company's dance ensembles per semester. A minimum of one performance in Dance Company of one technical crew for dance must be included each year.

Applicant must be a high school senior who has been accepted at an accredited college/university pursuing a career in broadcast journalism. Two letters of recommendation and a 1,000 word essay are required to be submitted on the following questions: Why do you want to be a journalist? What do you feel is the biggest obstacle facing African-Americans? Why do you feel you are deserving of the CNN Scholarship?

Recipient will be formally recognized on the NABJ website and in the convention program book in addition to being asked to attend the "Evening with an Angel on a Jazz Note," held in Baltimore, which is the annual fundraiser for this scholarship.
