Applicants must be new graduates of Baltimore City public high schools, have family income of no more than $75,000 per year and contribute at least 15 percent of their college costs through self-help. Students must attend Bowie State University, Coppin State University, Frostburg State University, Morgan State University, St. Mary's College of Maryland, Towson University, University of Maryland College Park, University of Maryland Eastern Shore or Villa Julie College. Applicants must also attend the Transition to College Workshop and the Annual Scholars' Luncheon and other program events scheduled throughout the year.
