Applicant must be the child or dependent of someone who has completed 30 units of coursework at Biola University (including Talbot School of Theology, Rosemead School of Psychology, or the Cook School of Intercultural Studies) at the time the applicant enters Biola. Teaching credential students are not eligible.

Applicant must be a transfer student transferring a minimum of 15 credit units, based on a college transcript; if transferring less than 14 credit units applicant is only eligible for the traditional academic scholarship based on high school transcript.
