Applicant must be a resident of Florida who is an undergraduate student attending an eligible private, non-profit Florida college or university. Applicant must not owe a repayment or be in default under any state or federal grant, loan, or scholarship program unless satisfactory arrangements to repay have been made. For participation and deadline information, applicant should check with post-secondary institution they plan to attend. FAFSA is required.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 2.0 GPA and earns the equivalent of 12 credit hours for each term the award was received during the academic year.
