Teacher Education Loan
Applicant must be a Wisconsin resident enrolled in a teacher education program at the Milwaukee Teacher Education Center and agree to teach in the Wisconsin school district operating under Chapter 119 of the Wisconsin state statutes, First Class City School System (currently only Milwaukee public schools).
Award must be repaid through a work-service agreement (50% of loan forgiven for each year recipient teaches in the eligible school district) or at 5% interest.
