Applicant must be a U.S. citizen who is HIV-positive and currently enrolled or planning to enroll full-time in the following semester at a college or university in the United States. Official transcripts and essay on the following topic required: How the applicant contracted HIV, how it has affected the applicant's life, and what they wish those living without HIV knew about living with the virus.

Awarded monthly.
