St. David's Neal Kocurek Scholarship

Applicant must be pursuing a career in a health care-related profession. Application form, essay, three official letters of recommendation, official scholastic transcript, first page of the Federal Income Tax Form, copy of Proof of United States Citizenship, and a recent photograph are required to be submitted.

Award will fund up to five years in undergraduate studies, and up to two years in post-graduate studies.

Renewable if recipient continues to be a Texas resident majoring in health care and maintains a minimum 2.5 GPA.

Awarded once per semester.

Study areas: clinical laboratory technology, nursing, pharmacy, pharmacy technology, physical therapy, physical therapy assistant, pre-med, occupational therapy, radiation oncology technology, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy
