If applicant is a sophomore, junior, or senior, he or she must have passed all three parts of the PRAXIS I exam. If applicant is a freshman, he or she must rank in the top four-tenths of class.
A freshman or sophomore applicant receives $2500 whereas a junior or senior applicant receives $5000
