Applicant must be an incoming student with a minimum 3.4 GPA and minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1130 (critical reading score of 570 and math score of 620) or composite ACT score of 25 who has been accepted into Philander Smith University.
Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.4 GPA.
