Police Officers and Firefighters Survivors' Educational Assistance
Applicant must be the dependent or spouse of a police officer or firefighter who was killed or became totally and permanently disabled in the line of duty in Alabama, and be enrolled at a public postsecondary educational institution in Alabama.
Award covers tuition, fees, books, and supplies.
Renewable if recipient continues to demonstrate satisfactory academic progress.
