Applicant must be a transfer student who is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and is able to demonstrate outstanding academic achievement.
$2,000 for Colorado residents; $6,000 for non-residents.
Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and full-time enrollment.
