Personal Loan Program (PLP)
Applicant must be a Wisconsin resident and a veteran, or child or spouse of an eligible deceased veteran with at least two years of active-duty service, 90 days of wartime service, or other active-duty service in conflicts or peacekeeping missions.
Loan must be repaid within a three, five, seven, or 10-year period at an interest rate that varies according to loan terms. Loan requires co-signer or real estate security. Loan amounts and terms are dependent upon security.
