Applicant must be a Catholic and a registered member of the Osage Indian Tribe listed on the rolls in Pawhuska and have a 2.5 GPA for undergraduate or 3.0 GPA for graduate studies. Copy of CDIB or Osage Tribal membership card required.
Recipient must file a renewal form in addition to providing their transcript to retain the scholarship.
