Applicant be a U.S. citizen. Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT score of 1600 (composite ACT score of 25), a minimum 3.0 GPA, one letter of recommendation, transcript, leadership abilities, and have participated in extracurricular activities.
Funded by government/requires service commitment.

Student is obligated to work for the agency for one and a half times the length of study (usually five years).
