Applicant must be an Alberta resident for at least three years and be committed to a life and career in northern Alberta.

Reapplication in open competition required for renewal.

Recipient must agree to work within the Northern Alberta Development Council boundary for one year or must pay back the award. Award is in Canadian dollars.
