Applicant must attend Grand Valley State University. Minimum 3.5 GPA and composite ACT score of 26 (or 1190 combined SAT Reasoning) required.
Award covers the difference between full-time Michigan resident tuition and non-resident tuition plus an additional $1,500 per year.
Renewable for up to four years with minimum 3.25 GPA.
