Applicant must be a socio-economically disadvantaged student. Priority given to applicants from underrepresented backgrounds, including first-generation students. Selection based upon basis of intellectual engagement, creativity, community service, and leadership. Award eliminates the loan portion of the financial aid package.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA.
