Applicant must be an entering freshman or currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or nursing at an accredited college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
Renewable for up to three additional years. Recipient must reapply each early and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
