Applicant must rank in top 50% of graduating high school class, have a minimum composite ACT score of 27 (combined SAT I score of 1210), and be a resident of any state except Missouri.
A minimum 2.5 GPA and a minimum 24 credit hours per year are required to retain scholarship.
