Applicant must be a San Mateo or Santa Clara County graduating high school senior or current San Mateo or Santa Clara resident planning to attend a college in the San Mateo County Community College District. Applicant must be a female student who is pursuing their first undergraduate degree or certificate. Financial hardship must be demonstrated.
Renewable if recipient maintains enrollment, a minimum 2.5 GPA, and have established an educational plan.
