Applicant must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA. Preference will be given to children of active or retired Marine Corps or Reserve personnel.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA, completes at least 12 credits per semester, reapplies each year, and submits a letter identifying a parent as a Marine.
