
Joseph F. Nelson and Martha P. Nelson Scholarship
Applicant must be a high school graduate who has not previously attended a post-secondary institution and is in the upper ten percent of their class. Applicant must have completed at least three years of both mathematics and laboratory science, with a fourth year in one area, with all grades of "B" or higher.
Award is worth full tuition and fees for 16 credit hours per semester, for WUE states or out-of-state recipients the WUE rate will be paid for tuition and fees. "Fees" refer to the general activity fee, university support fee, parking fee, and one lab fee per semester. The award provides a meal plan (200 meals per semester) and a double occupancy room in the residence hall. This scholarship is for a total of eight semesters.
Renewable without reapplying, provided the recipient maintains required academic performance.
