Jessica Lynn Herman Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a self-motivated graduating senior from the Huntington Beach High School District who is a mentor or tutor planning to enroll full-time at an accredited college or university. Must demonstrate passion for both humanities and sciences through either extracurricular activities or academic motivation. Minimum 3.0 GPA, essay, current transcript, and two letters of recommendations required.
