IRF Fellowship Program
Applicants must demonstrate potential leadership in the highway industry in financing, administration, planning, design, construction, operations or maintenance. They must also have two years of work experience in transportation, a bachelor's of science degree (or equivalent) in a transportation-related discipline and a commitment to full-time study for a minimum of one year.
