High School Oratorical Contest
Applicant must be U.S. citizen and high school student who is under the age of 20. Applicants are required to prepare an oration lasting between three to five minutes on an aspect of the Constitution of the United States.
Award is a scholarship which may be used to attend any post-secondary educational institution.
