Health Professions Education Scholarship Program (HPSP)
Applicant must be a student who is enrolled or accepted into a dentist, dental hygienist, certified nurse practitioner, certified nurse midwife, clinical nurse specialists, or physician assistant program.
Tuition, necessary fees, books, supplies, and educational commitment
Award is not automatically renewable. Recipient must go through a competitive process to be considered for each award, each cycle.
Recipient must commit to work in a medically underserved area of California for two years.
