Applicant must be a full-time student (12 credit hours), a U.S. citizen, and a Yuma or La Paz County resident. One page essay on "Why you want the scholarship and your future goals" is also required.
Recipient must maintain a 2.0 or better GPA, and reapply in order to renew.
