Eric E. Sutphin Memorial Scholarship Fund
Applicant must have a parent or legal guardian who is a law enforcement officer serving in New River Valley. Applicant must be pursuing a post-secondary education at any college, or any university or accredited vocational/technical program. Minimum 2.5 GPA and financial need are required.
Recipient must reapply with new application, current/official transcript, and all other required documents.
