Applicant must be enrolled or accepted as a full-time student in a two or four year institution in the U.S with at least one parent of hispanic descent. Financial need must be demonstrated. Cover page, essay between 500 and 750 words, transcript, letter of reference, resume, and picture required.

$1,000 if attending four-year institution; $500 if attending two-year institution
