Applicant must be a classified undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in a degree-seeking program as a full time student at a two- or four-year college institution. Applicant must demonstrate interest in Hawaiian language, culture, and history and commitment to contribute to the greater community. Recipients are strongly encouraged to provide a minimum of 10 hours of community service to the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement.
