Applicant must be enrolled or enrolling full time in a craft-training program approved by the Bureau of Apprenticeship Training or Post-Secondary Education Commission and submit application, training program description including cost, list of extracurricular activities, and resume.
Renewable if recipient demonstrates financial need, continued interest in construction, continued enrollment, and good academic standing.
