Applicant must be a graduating senior from North Lake High School that has attended North Lake for two or more years, and will attend a public or nonprofit college or university. Minimum 1000 combined SAT score, 14 composite ACT score and 2.5 GPA required.

Automatically renewable for four years if renewal criteria met; new awards may be made only if funds are available.
