Applicant must be a classified undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled in a degree-seeking program as a full time student at a two- or four-year college institution. Applicant must demonstrate interest in Hawaiian language, culture, and history and commitment to contribute to the greater community. Essay addressing what the biggest problem in Hawai'i is and how you would solve it is required.
