Applicant must be a transfer student from a Missouri community college or four-year institution, Johnson Comm Coll, Kansas City Kansas Comm Coll, or Donnelly Comm Coll, have a minimum 60 credit hours, and a minimum 3.0 GPA.

plus nonresident fees for out-of-state students

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 2.75 GPA and full-time enrollment.
