Applicant must be a minority student with a minimum 3.0 GPA and minimum composite ACT score of 20 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 940).
Renewable for up to eight semesters if recipient maintains a minimum 2.5 GPA, lives on campus, and participates in two campus activities, one of which must be cultural.
