Applicant must come from Canada and not qualify for federal or state aid.
Recipients who meet additional criteria based on academic achievement may receive an additional $1,000 to $4,000 each year.
Award is per year for four years.
Renewable if recipient maintains satisfactory academic progress and resides in a residence hall.
