Broadband Blue Social Scholarship

Applicant must be a United States citizen or permanent legal resident who is a high school senior planning to attend college this fall or a full-time undergraduate student. Minimum 2.5 GPA and response to the following questions are required: How has technology changed your relationships with other people? Do you consider your interpersonal connection better or worse with the innovations of texting, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media platforms?
