Applicant must be a resident of North Carolina or South Carolina. Selection based on leadership potential and community involvement. Scholarship is awarded at the time of admission; no first time awards are made to upperclassmen.

Full tuition, mandatory fees, and room and board.

Renewable if recipient maintains satisfactory GPA and enrollment in program.
