Applicant must be a graduate of a high school in Kingfisher County, Okla. Preference given to graduates of Hennessey High School. Selection is based upon merit and need.

Renewable up to eight semesters; recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and complete at least 14 credit hours each semester to retain scholarship.
