American Legion Eagle Scout of the Year
Applicant must be the son or grandson of an American Legion or auxiliary member and must be either an Eagle Scout who has received a scout religious emblem, a registered active member of a Boy Scout troop or Varsity Scout team sponsored by an American Legion post or auxiliary unit, or a registered active member of a duly chartered Boy Scout troop or Varsity Scout team.
Award must be used within eight years of graduation date at an accredited post-secondary school in the continental U.S. or a U.S. possession.
