Applicant must have financial need. Preference is given to applicants from rural high schools, particularly Montrose County, CO, or other West-Central Colorado locations.

Maximum award: In-state tuition and fees

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA the first year (3.5 GPA thereafter) and a minimum 12 credit hours per semester.

Awarded when previous recipient becomes ineligible.
