Academic Scholarship

Applicant must be an incoming student or current SSCC student. High school students must have a minimum 3.0 QPA based on their academic courses. The Academic Scholarship application for a new student includes, an official high school transcript, scores on one of three standardized mathematics and verbal assessments, college transcript (if it applies), a student recommendation form, an original statement, and a completed FAFSA application.

Award is a waiver of tuition and fees for the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded. It does not include books or other college costs.

Renewable for a second year based upon academic performance and availability.
